This is a female only class which focuses on basic to advanced boxing techniques whilst improving muscle tone and definition and developing your overall fitness. You can join at any level or time in your life, whether you are a competitive athlete or have no experience at all.

We offer a friendly group session atmosphere where you can develop in confidence. This session is also ideal for toning your arms, butt, thighs and stomach and delivers fast and effective results.
